Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in generative AI and quantum machine learning
- Develop novel neural architectures for next-generation autonomous systems
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize AI algorithms
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals
- Prototype and deploy AI solutions in real-world industrial applications
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-disciplinary innovation
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Proven ability to translate research into commercial applications
- Experience with MLOps and AI deployment at scale
- Passion for ethical AI development and responsible innovation
