Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic R&D: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our flagship 2026 AI projects, focusing on scalable and robust machine learning architectures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of research scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Pioneering Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching cutting-edge algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into practical, deployable solutions.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines to ensure AI safety, fairness, and transparency in all outputs.
- Publication & Thought Leadership: Represent the company at top-tier conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed journals to establish industry authority.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems with novel solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
