Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead research projects in quantum neural networks and hybrid AI-quantum systems
- Develop scalable solutions for quantum-resistant cryptography and optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI acceleration systems
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at premier conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source quantum AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum circuit design, and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum computing or advanced AI (NVIDIA/Google/IBM research experience a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Passion for ethical AI development and quantum democratization
