Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI architectures and quantum computing frameworks
- Lead research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and quantum machine learning
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with academia and industry leaders
- Present findings at international tech conferences and in peer-reviewed publications
- Mentor senior researchers and PhD candidates in emerging technologies
- Drive innovation roadmap for 2026 technology stack integration
- Ensure ethical AI deployment and quantum security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (MS with 10+ years experience considered)
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers in corporate or academic settings
- Deep knowledge of quantum algorithms, neural architecture search, and AI ethics
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
