Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Own the product vision and strategy for the 2026 Initiative, translating high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize market research and user analytics to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and validate product hypotheses.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and ideation to launch, iteration, and eventual sunset.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Aethelgard Labs remains the market leader in AI innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define product strategy that drives business growth and market differentiation.
- Leadership Skills: Strong experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
