Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for real-world deployment
- Lead quantum machine learning research initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring bias mitigation and transparency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype production-ready ML systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Mentor junior researchers through our 'Quantum Leap' fellowship program
- Secure patents for proprietary AI methodologies and algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 50+ deployed ML models
- Published research in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS/ICML acceptance required)
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in distributed ML systems (Ray, Horovod)
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and Kubernetes orchestration
- Track record of shipping production AI systems at scale
