Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of high-scale ML systems, specifically targeting 2026-era generative AI capabilities.
- Define technical strategies for model training, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines using MLOps best practices.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including multimodal models and autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional engineering teams.
