Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Oversee the secure migration of legacy systems to cloud-native, AI-enhanced platforms.
- Establish technical best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and system resilience.
- Act as a technical evangelist for future technologies, ensuring the team remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and major cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
