Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record shipping production AI systems at scale (e.g., GPT-4, quantum algorithms)
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, quantum computing, or neuromorphic engineering
- Experience securing $1M+ in government grants or venture funding for AI projects
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI implementation
- Exceptional strategic vision with ability to predict 5+ year technology trends
