Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-AI convergence projects
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Represent the company at Davos, Web Summit, and other global forums
- Patent at least 3 breakthrough AI methodologies annually
- Mentor a cohort of 10+ junior futurists in our Emerging Tech Academy
- Conduct quarterly horizon scans to identify disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to >100M users
- Deep expertise in quantum computing and neural-symbolic integration
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, Prolog)
- Experience with UN-level technology policy development
- Portfolio of implemented ethical AI frameworks
