Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ with focus on quantum-AI convergence and ethical autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype next-generation AI applications in healthcare, climate tech, and space exploration
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to anticipate technological disruptions and regulatory changes
- Establish governance protocols for human-AI collaboration and ethical AI deployment
- Partner with policymakers and industry bodies to shape AI standards for 2030
- Drive innovation in explainable AI and bias mitigation technologies
- Lead thought leadership initiatives including white papers, patents, and TED-style talks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years in AI research
- Proven track record in developing production-level AI systems with 3+ years at FAANG or equivalent
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or generative adversarial networks
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature AI) with 15+ citations
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and responsible AI deployment
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience advising C-suite executives
- Strong public speaking and thought leadership credentials (keynotes, patents, media)
