- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers
- Secure patents for proprietary AI methodologies and predictive models

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in AI/ML with 3+ years in strategic planning
- Published research in Nature, Science, or top-tier AI conferences
- Expertise in federated learning and explainable AI architectures
- Track record of launching AI products with $10M+ ARR
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of neuro-symbolic AI and human-computer interaction
- Certified in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
