Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging neurotech and biocomputing breakthroughs
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 5-year AI safety research initiatives
- Drive patent strategy for next-gen human-AI symbiotic interfaces
- Represent QuantumLeap at global tech policy forums (WEF, Davos 2026)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years in AI/ML leadership with published research in top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum computing and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems with >100M users
- Deep understanding of neurotechnology and brain-computer interfaces
- Experience with UN-level tech policy development
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of future-tech forecasting accuracy
