Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in quantum machine learning implementation
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or governance
- Experience leading $1M+ R&D initiatives
- Deep knowledge of GPT-7 and beyond architectural frameworks
- Certified in Neural Interface Design (NID)
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for AGI systems
