Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for AI integration, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 market landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in predictive analytics and generative AI, evaluating emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar high-level AI frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to identify market gaps and define product visions that resonate with enterprise clients.
