Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological convergence points
- Lead cross-functional task forces to audit autonomous systems for bias, transparency, and agency
- Proactively identify emerging ethical dilemmas in generative AI, neuromorphic computing, and brain-computer interfaces
- Design corporate governance protocols for AI decision-making accountability
- Represent Nexus at global AI ethics summits and regulatory working groups
- Create predictive models for AI societal impact across healthcare, justice, and economic systems
- Mentor next-generation AI ethicists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Cognitive Science with specialization in AI ethics
- Minimum 8 years experience in AI governance or technology policy
- Published research on AI alignment problems or value alignment
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications for AI ethics
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI regulation
- Proficiency in ethical AI audit methodologies and toolchains
