Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for enterprise-scale systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Collaborate with engineers to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycle
- Advocate for transparent AI practices through stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and publish thought leadership on emerging AI risks
- Monitor regulatory developments (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks) and adapt compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact analysis)
- Proficiency with AI frameworks: Google's Responsible AI Toolkit, IBM's AI Fairness 360
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, sector-specific regulations)
- Experience with predictive modeling and deep learning architectures
- Published research in ethics journals or major tech conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
