Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional ethics audits of AI development pipelines
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption with C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
- Design bias mitigation protocols for large-scale AI deployments
- Establish industry standards for AI transparency and explainability
- Mentor junior ethics specialists in emerging AI ethics methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, AI Governance, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible innovation

- Published research on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
