Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits for generative AI models and autonomous systems
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations in AI lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Produce policy recommendations for federal AI governance committees
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and transparency
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or tech ethics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Experience with LLM interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or similar
- Track record influencing tech policy at state/federal level
