Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed by 2026
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ethical considerations into AI lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on responsible AI adoption with industry partners
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in next-gen AI technologies
- Design training programs for engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Represent NexusAI at global forums on AI ethics and policy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Deep understanding of ML model fairness, transparency, and accountability principles
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills for complex ethical discussions
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into actionable policies
- Knowledge of emerging AI trends (AGI, quantum computing implications)
- Certification in AI ethics or related governance preferred
