Responsibilities

- Author whitepapers and contribute to industry standards bodies
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI governance and transparency
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and advise compliance strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years researching AI ethics or responsible AI development
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong technical aptitude for understanding AI model architectures
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration
