Responsibilities

- Design stakeholder engagement strategies for industry, academia, and civil society
- Establish internal governance protocols for AI deployment lifecycle
- Represent the institute at international AI ethics summits and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or tech policy development
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and OECD principles
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed ethics journals
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience working with diverse regulatory environments globally
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals and data ethics
