Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical frameworks for emerging AI technologies (2026 focus)
- Advocate for responsible AI deployment in public policy discussions
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and transparency

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or Policy (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance or technology ethics leadership
- Published work on algorithmic bias or AI safety frameworks
- Experience with regulatory bodies (NIST, IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neurotechnology implications
- Exceptional stakeholder communication across technical/non-technical domains
- Track record of implementing ethical AI in production environments
- Certification in Responsible AI Governance (e.g., RACI)
