Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and impact assessments for all AI systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Establish regulatory compliance protocols for evolving AI legislation
- Design and execute AI ethics training programs for technical teams
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI and propose proactive mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI design sprints
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience conducting bias assessments and fairness audits in production AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Familiarity with MLOps and AI development lifecycles
