Qualifications

- Proven experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing and bias detection methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or industry thought leadership on AI ethics topics
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable business policies
