Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and risk assessments for all AI deployments
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Design ethical training programs for technical and non-technical teams
- Advise on privacy-by-design principles for emerging AI applications
- Represent the company in industry ethics coalitions and policy discussions
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments and adapt compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience conducting bias audits and mitigation strategies
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and ethical communication
- Deep understanding of machine learning and data science principles
- Certification in AI ethics or relevant governance frameworks preferred
