Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or similar governance role
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their societal implications
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Experience with bias mitigation and fairness metrics in ML systems
