- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech capabilities into organizational strategy
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups in frontier technology sectors
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory impacts
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Build and lead a dedicated future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology, or climate tech
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or innovation management
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
