Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise clients
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on machine learning models
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for AI transparency initiatives
- Create ethical AI training programs for technical and non-technical teams
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging AI technologies
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment
- Research and publish position papers on AI ethics trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy, or governance roles
- Proven experience with bias detection tools (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Expertise in developing AI ethics frameworks for commercial applications
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology
