- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Monitor regulatory evolution and update compliance protocols quarterly
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
- Produce transparency reports for high-stakes AI applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tools (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (GDPR, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in tech ethics contexts
- Published work in AI ethics journals or industry white papers
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., Certified AI Ethics Professional)
