- Advocate for ethical AI adoption in product development lifecycle

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation for machine learning systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work or demonstrable contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Experience with AI impact assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in ethical AI toolkits (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
