Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards for autonomous systems and generative AI projects
- Develop measurable KPIs for algorithmic fairness, transparency, and accountability
- Conduct risk assessments for high-stakes AI deployments in healthcare and finance sectors
- Represent the organization at international AI governance forums and standards bodies
- Create educational programs for technical teams on responsible AI development practices
- Establish audit protocols for continuous monitoring of deployed AI systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership role
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other emerging regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience developing algorithmic bias mitigation strategies
- Deep understanding of technical AI concepts (transformers, neural networks, ML pipelines)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CDPSE, CRISC) strongly preferred
