Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias mitigation and ethical compliance
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for diverse communities affected by AI deployments
- Create proactive risk assessment protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Author public-facing transparency reports and ethical impact assessments
- Shape industry standards through collaboration with global ethics coalitions
- Mentor junior teams in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with 8+ years' experience
- Proven expertise in AI governance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Experience with regulatory compliance across US/international jurisdictions
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or related policy matters preferred
- Proficiency in ethical AI toolkits (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
