Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce ethical AI compliance frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits on machine learning models using proprietary Ethical Matrix™ tools
- Collaborate with legal teams to navigate evolving AI regulations across 50+ jurisdictions
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics with Fortune 500 partners
- Author whitepapers on responsible AI deployment for industry summits
- Monitor emerging AI ethics threats and implement preemptive safeguards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with AI ethics focus
- 5+ years in AI governance or tech compliance roles
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging US regulations
- Experience with quantum computing ethics frameworks
