Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Articulate a clear, long-term technical roadmap for 2026, aligning engineering milestones with business objectives.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of microservices and distributed architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI workloads.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Drive research into emerging technologies, including quantum computing concepts, edge computing, and advanced AI integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with product managers and C-suite executives to translate high-level business strategies into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration to cloud-native environments, ensuring security, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
- Innovation Labs: Establish internal hackathons and prototyping labs to test and validate future tech concepts before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and leading engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and serverless computing.
- Programming: Strong command of languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think several years ahead, anticipating industry trends and technological shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, with a focus on CI/CD pipelines and automation.
