Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments for deployed systems
- Establish cross-functional governance committees with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Design transparent explainability protocols for high-stakes AI decision-making
- Lead incident response protocols for AI ethics violations
- Create continuous monitoring systems for model drift and ethical performance
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US regulations
- Proficiency in fairness toolkits (AIF360, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Experience with model explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
