Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop predictive models for socio-technical disruption scenarios
- Advise C-suite on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces with industry partners
- Author thought leadership on future-proof governance models
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Technology Policy (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published work on AI ethics or future studies
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across diverse sectors
- Certification in AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
