Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with IEEE 7000, EU AI Act, and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Published research on AI ethics or responsible technology (top-tier conferences)
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies on AI policy matters
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, DeepMind Ethics & Society)
