Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 tech stack
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems

- Author white papers on AI ethics and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with legal teams on next-gen AI legislation
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI governance or tech ethics leadership
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Published research on AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
