Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning model development
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Published work or certifications in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tool implementation
