Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to ensure reliability and performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
