Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define features and solve technical challenges.
- Optimization: Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of our software systems.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and provide timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and contribute to code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Deployment: Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure smooth delivery of features.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), and back-end languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
