Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Define and implement the architectural strategy for our upcoming AI products, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and technological advancements.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput and real-time inference requirements.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum-ready architectures) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and senior engineers alike.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and apply them to practical business solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
