Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Strategy: Architect and oversee the development of proprietary machine learning models and AI infrastructure to support long-term research goals.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy complex neural networks for natural language processing and computer vision applications.
- System Optimization: Continuously improve model accuracy and reduce latency to ensure real-time performance in production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting deep research into emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate complex research into scalable products.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
