Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant quantum-classical hybrid systems optimized for 2026 standards.
- Develop proprietary algorithms for deep reinforcement learning on quantum hardware.
- Lead a cross-functional team of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers in R&D initiatives.
- Conduct rigorous performance benchmarking and optimization of neural network inference on quantum processors.
- Collaborate with security experts to implement post-quantum cryptography standards.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior architects on best practices in emerging tech.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with 2+ years specifically in quantum computing or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Experience with quantum software stacks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or TensorFlow Quantum.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and neural network architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
