Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Develop and maintain a comprehensive vision and roadmap for Nexus Future Labs leading up to and through 2026, aligning organizational goals with market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, consumer behavior shifts, and macro-economic factors to anticipate the landscape of 2026.
- Executive Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment between engineering, design, and business units to achieve long-term strategic objectives.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate high-potential innovation projects that align with our 2026 vision, overseeing their transition from concept to execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders, investors, and the board of directors with clarity and compelling narrative.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or executive consulting within the technology sector.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically 5-10 years into the future and translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
