Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define the technical roadmap for systems designed for the 2026 era, focusing on scalability, security, and autonomy.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms, and Edge Computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging technologies such as Blockchain, IoT, or Autonomous Agents.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
