Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Analyze emerging technological trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive the adoption of sustainable technology practices across all product development cycles
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology ecosystems
- Successful track record of launching at least two market-defining tech innovations
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar strategic foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
