Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology transformation strategy across all business units
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI governance frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 tech leaders
- Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of 15+ specialists in emerging technologies
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Oversee $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for next-generation projects
- Represent company vision at global technology conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences (NeurIPS, SIGGRAPH)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
