Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum-encrypted AI systems and next-gen neural interfaces
- Architect scalable frameworks for autonomous infrastructure networks
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on biocompatible nanotechnology integration
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-positive blockchain ecosystems
- Oversee prototype development in our ISO-6 cleanroom facilities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to Fortune 500 partners and venture capitalists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent with 5+ years in advanced R&D
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- Certification in sustainable technology design (LEED AP or equivalent)
- Experience securing $10M+ in government innovation grants
- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST quantum security frameworks
